1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
- The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or washing
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Some products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- If it is clearly mentioned in the product description that the item is “Non-returnable” or “No exchange available”, then the product will NOT be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Customers are strongly advised to read the product description carefully before placing an order

- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with return instructions
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size issues (subject to availability)
- Defective or damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the product passes quality inspection
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification

- Claasik reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet our policy conditions
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
