Claasik is committed to providing the best services to its users. Therefore, We offer returns and refunds on the products sold on You can return  your product within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product if you want to replace or return any product for any reason whatsoever.

However, only defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Any other return will only be refunded fewer delivery charges as mentioned below.

If any product finds packaging defects, we comply with replacing or refunding accordingly.
It must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.

We will process your refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse.

Claasik is not liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by-product being out of stock or delivery failure. has implemented the most secure payment modes to make the payment process quick and convenient for customers. We use an internationally reputed standards cardholder and internet banking system to avoid any cross border risk that may arise due to the non-authorization of payments from different countries.

We also allow UPI payments to our customers. If you want to purchase a product through UPI, your payment will be done instantaneously and instantly.

We also provide other modes of payment, such as cash on delivery (COD). If you want to purchase a product from any city, please contact the store directly.

Claasik accepts all forms of returns and exchanges without question or proscription. However, under the consumer protection act, you have to register for the same before doing any return.

We have a policy of no questions asked, and therefore, we will not accept the return or exchange of any products that have been worn or washed.

Products should be returned as they were received in original condition and packed in an unused state. Any returns or exchanges made after 3 days from the delivery date will be accepted under exceptional circumstances only.

There, you’ll find an option to place a return request. We kindly request you to submit your return request within three days of receiving the product.
